Jarred J. McBride

Jarred J. McBride represents a diverse group of individuals, corporations, and professionals in the areas of commercial litigation, premises liability, products liability, personal and catastrophic injury, wrongful death, dram shop/liquor liability, professional liability, municipal liability, aviation liability, and other civil litigation matters.

Jarred was raised on Long Island in New York until the age of nine, when his family relocated to New Jersey. In 2005, Jarred graduated from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts, double majoring in Political Science and Urban Studies. After working in the insurance industry, Jarred started law school and graduated from Valparaiso University School of Law in 2010. He earned the Charles L. Vaughan Award for excellence in the school’s trial advocacy program.

Jarred dedicated the early years of his legal career to serving the citizens of Arizona as a prosecutor. He prosecuted sex crimes, child abuse, child homicide, domestic violence, white collar fraud, and violent crimes. He has tried to verdict over 40 jury trials.

While Jarred practices primarily in Arizona, he is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Massachusetts. He is also admitted in the United States District Courts for the Districts of Arizona and New Jersey, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.
