Vincent Miner joined Sanders & Parks in 2017 and he focuses his practice on complex civil litigation in the areas of personal and catastrophic injury, dram shop liability, commercial litigation, contractual disputes, insurance defense, insurance coverage and bad faith, products liability, professional liability, and public entity liability. Vincent has successfully represented parties at trials, mediations, arbitrations, depositions, and appeals. Vincent was named as a Super Lawyers Southwest Rising Star in both 2023 and 2024.

Vincent Miner joined Sanders & Parks in 2017 and he focuses his practice on complex civil litigation in the areas of personal and catastrophic injury, dram shop liability, commercial litigation, contractual disputes, insurance defense, insurance coverage and bad faith, products liability, professional liability, and public entity liability. Vincent has successfully represented parties at trials, mediations, arbitrations, depositions, and appeals. Vincent was named as a Super Lawyers Southwest Rising Star in both 2023 and 2024.
Vincent attended the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. During law school, Vincent participated in the externship program, allowing him the opportunity to extern for Judge James A. Teilborg of the United States District Court for the District of Arizona, Judge John W. Thompson of the Arizona Court of Appeals, and Phoenix Children’s Hospital. Vincent graduated magna cum laude and became a member of the Order of the Coif, recognizing academic excellence. Vincent was also awarded the Justice Sandra Day O’Connor Award, recognizing his excellence in constitutional law studies. After graduating law school, Vincent clerked with Justice Ann A. Scott Timmer of the Arizona Supreme Court.
