Adam Tate represents individuals, corporations, institutions and insurance companies throughout the United States in a wide range of civil litigation matters, with a focus on insurance coverage, insurance bad faith, insurance defense, construction litigation, personal injury, and commercial litigation.
Full Biography
As part of his insurance practice, Mr. Tate routinely provides advice and counseling on a broad spectrum of insurance coverage issues, including Damron/Morris agreements and other unique aspects of Arizona insurance law. He understands the challenges of the insurance industry and provides sound, practical advice to help insurers navigate a continuously changing legal landscape. His representation of insurers has involved everything from appraisals and coverage evaluations to bad faith litigation.
Mr. Tate’s construction practice focuses on mitigating and transferring risk for general contractors and subcontractors and litigating claims when necessary. He has a demonstrated record of obtaining favorable results for his construction clients in complex and high-exposure cases.
Mr. Tate’s personal injury practice includes the representation of individuals who have suffered significant personal injuries or the death of loved ones due to the negligence of others.
Mr. Tate earned his law degree from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2009 where he graduated summa cum laude and was elected a member of the Order of the Coif. Prior to law school, he earned a Bachelor of Arts from Arizona State University.
